Let's celebrate the autumn harvest with Kozmo Kitchen's Vegan makunouchi bento! It's gluten free (except for the cooked shiitake, which was cooked with soy sauce).
Shojin is a Japanese vegan cuisine. Traditionally it avoids use of garlic, onion and other pungent ingredients but we are not strict about the limitations. So sometimes we use a variety of onion (white, yellow, red, green, etc).
