Ton jiru is one of the most popular miso soup dishes in cold seasons in Japan. Pork belly , a variety of herty vegetables such as burdock root, carrot, konnyaku, mushrooms and daikon, are cooked together with locally crafted YOKA MISO traditional soybean miso (Gluten Free). It's a very satisfying meal soup. You just need a couple of onigiri to get your tummy very full. Served in a 16 oz cup.
