Kozmo Kitchen's seasonal bento is back for spring 2023! Our Spring Special Bento is a delicious dish crafted from the freshest seasonal ingredients. Enjoy the perfect balance of flavors and ingredients in this customized bento, designed to delight your taste buds. This time we also feature Yukiwakamaru, the premium rice from Yamagata, milled to order in Seattle.
The bento menu (subject to change based on ingredient availability):
Asparagus or English pea rice with premium rice Yukiwakamaru from Yamagata
Salmon Yuan Yaki
Negi Tamago Yaki
Chicken and Yamaimo (mountain yam) tsukune in teriyaki sauce
Spring croquette (potato, onion, cabbage, bamboo shoots)
Purple yam mash
carrot salad
Shungiku with walnut and pecan dressing
Housemade Atsuage (fried tofu), asparagus ohitashi, shiitake
Roasted gold beets
fresh fruit (orange and strawberries)
Fried Renkon (lotus root)
