Mach 3rd is Hinamatsuri (Doll's Festival or Girl's Day) Chirashi Zushi (scattered sushi) is often enjoyed to celebrate the special day. This year we're offering Chirashi Zushi Bento from 2/28 (Fri) through 3/3 (Mon).

Anago (sea eel) chirashi zushi with ikura topping - Anago, shiitake, Kampyo, sesame, snow pea, egg, lotus root, Ikura
Spring Roll(shrimp, daikon, avocado, spicy green pickles from Kyushu)
Kabocha and broccoli salad with raisins
Shio koji chicken karaage
Chicken and egg Matsukasa yaki
Tofu dengaku with walnut miso sauce
Assorted simmered vegetables (Hit you tofu cake, baby taro, carrot, shiitake, sugar pea)
