You asked, we listened! We were asked about the chili oil we served with the hiyashi chuka this summer, so we've made a bigger batch for your dinner table. You can use it for Gyoza, ramen, or any side/main dishes to add some mild heat. It's not very spicy but it has aroma from sansho peppercorn and spices. We use 100% rice bran oil.
