I am excited to introduce organic tofu made from scratch in house! Once you taste the burst of natural soy flavors in your mouth, you'd never go back to the grocery store for tofu!
We soak organic soy beans overnight and make rich 100% soy milk by hand. Then we turn it into a fresh tofu with wonder of natural Nigari. Because of the labor intensive making process, we can only offer small quantities at a time.
As an introduction to this wonderful artisan tofu, we offer a Hiyayakko appetizer, served with ginger, bonito flakes, green onion, and sesame seeds. Give it a try and let us know how you like it!
