- Tuna Mayo (Tuna salad, mayo, salt)
- Kishu Ume
- Cheese Okaka (cheese, sardine/bonito flakes, soy sauce)
- Niku Miso (ground chicken, miso, green onion)
- Nasu Miso
- Kombu
- Kinoko Gohan (mushroom rice)
- Brown rice with edamame
- Iburi Gakko (smoked takuan pickles from Akita)
- Bakudan (a large rice ball with ajitama egg inside)
